SurePay files are processed twice daily 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m. Payments received after 4:00p.m. will be processed next
business day at 9:00a.m. Payments to other banks are uploaded at 11am each day, payments processed after 12pm are processed next working day.
As we have no control over the processing time at other institutions, please ensure that you make credit card and loan payments to other financial institutions at least one week before the payment due date as some companies may take 3-5 business days to post the payment to your account.
